Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead client engagements from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Evaluate client requirements and execute strategic DevOps solutions that align technology selections with organizational goals.
- Guide clients in embracing cloud technologies and advanced IT strategies for transformative outcomes.
- Collaborate with client development teams, promoting transparency throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Design and develop innovative solutions, including architecture designs and proof of concepts, to showcase the benefits of digital transformation.
- Liaise with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure project delivery adheres to established timelines, budgets, and scopes.
- Contribute to the creation of content for marketing and partner initiatives, such as sales materials, blog entries, podcasts, and workshops.
- Mentor junior team members, aiding in their professional growth and skill enhancement.
- Stay informed on industry trends through continuous education and participation in relevant technology events.
Required Skills
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and managing Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) Enterprise or Anthos Clusters.
- Strong knowledge of container and Kubernetes hardening, emphasizing security best practices.
- Proven expertise in implementing HashiCorp Vault Enterprise for secure secret management and access control.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including troubleshooting.
- Comprehensive background in technical infrastructure, both cloud-based and on-premise, including systems design and maintenance.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Perl, Bash, and TypeScript.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in configuring, deploying, and maintaining container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, EKS, OCP, GKE, and AKS.
- At least 2 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) and automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Azure Automation.
- Hands-on experience with secrets management tools, including KMS and HashiCorp Vault Enterprise.
- Proficient with source control management tools, particularly Git, GitHub, and GitLab.
